Elizabeth Krueger is an Associate at Pickering Energy Partners with nearly a decade of experience in financial services including real estate, energy and sustainability practices, with a proven track record in identifying, driving, and executing high-impact initiatives. She leverages her expertise in data and market analysis combined with value-add strategies to drive performance and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards and alignment with company goals. Prior to joining PEP, Elizabeth worked in Investor Relations and Business Development at GEM Realty Capital, a real estate investment firm with $6 billion in assets under management. Her career began as a Senior Associate in the Strategy and Transactions division at Ernst & Young (EY) in Chicago, where she focused on commercial real estate valuation, advisory services, and workplace strategy within corporate real estate. With nearly a decade of leading cross-functional teams and executing high-impact initiatives, Elizabeth enhances asset value and drives measurable outcomes that align sustainability with business goals. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with majors in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Marketing. Elizabeth is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional and holds the CFA Institute’s Certificate in ESG Investing.

EXAMPLES OF RECENT WORK INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Driving data collection and reporting efforts for public and private companies, including private equity asset managers with portfolio companies spanning the various industries
  • Assisting clients with information management on multiple platforms, including MSCI, Sustainalytics, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, and FTSE Russell
  • Conducting comprehensive materiality assessments through surveys, interviews, stakeholder people-research, and peer analysis to help clients refine their purpose-driven strategies
  • Ongoing quality management and development of PEP Simple ESG™, a cloud-based data house and reporting tool
  • Onboarding and managing relationships with companies using the PEP Simple ESG™ tool
