Winn Bartlett is an Associate at Pickering Energy Partners (PEP), focused on strategic consulting engagements. Prior to joining PEP, he was in the commercial organization at Phillips 66 on both the Crude and NGLs trading desks where he assisted in maintaining balances, trade strategy, and market fundamentals. He is a graduate of Texas A&M where he was a member of the Trading Risk and Investments (TRIP) Program.
He holds a BS in Finance and a Masters in Financial Management from Texas A&M University.
