U.S. & EU to Prove Emissions Efficiency

Energy Workforce & Technology Council

Dual legislation in the U.S. (PROVE IT ACT) and EU (CBAM) aims to prove emissions efficiency in key products across conventional energy, mining, renewables and the energy transition spaces. Together these two pieces of cross-Atlantic regulation aim to simultaneously prove the emissions efficiency of manufacturing and production in the U.S. and Western (G7) countries while attempting to level the economic playing field with dirtier foreign producers.
