Sean is a Director for PEP’s Consulting & Advocacy team based in Houston. Sean is responsible for business development, strategy and global macro-outlooks, relationship management, thought leadership, and building the brand network. He advises upstream, midstream, offshore, onshore, oilfield services, coal operators, energy transition companies, asset managers, and serves to assist public and private entities on their data reporting needs and best practices. In addition, he is assisting in building out partnerships in the carbon credit and data assurance arenas. Previously, Sean spent over five years at Nasdaq as a “Subject-Matter-Expert” advising hundreds of public companies as well as private companies looking to enter the public market on what their respective shareholder bases would be and how they would evolve over time. In addition, Sean has significant experience advising corporate senior management teams as well as boards on activism and defense, investor engagement strategy, capital deployment and valuation, ESG, corporate sustainability, and corporate governance best practices. Sean has over 20 years of experience working in capital markets advisory and asset management.
